Reduction on base fee plus share in net takings in lieu of rent subsidence

Do Note:
Direct operational costs (e.g., wet/dry stock, utilities, on-site staff wages) are typically cleared through the venue's ongoing trade revenue, minimizing the direct out-of-pocket expenditure for the landlord.
