18th July sees the 5th leg of our tour descend on Bradford on Avon, in aid of Dorothy House Hospice.

Opening the gates at 1230, and having live performances from 1330, until our headlining act at approx 9pm, we are looking forward to a fabulous day, all in aid of this fantastic charity, who serve Wiltshire and further afield tremendously well.

 

Not only does Dorothy House provide palliative care for those with terminal illnesses, but they are also there to offer advice and support to those close to the patients. The endless work that the staff who work both at the hospice and out in the community are nothing short of faultless, and I personally have experienced their warmth and comfort at the worst possible moments. Their support doesn’t stop when the heart does either, they stay both in person and in touch, until a time that both can say thank you and goodbye.

We will forever be grateful for the help, support and care that they provided Granny with in 2015, and this is another way of us saying thank you. Donations from events and other fundraisers, help provide specialist beds and equipment, not to mention the staff. It keeps their vehicles on the road, so they can collect your Christmas trees, and transfer goods between their shops.
